Our default for bill delivery is email, however you can organise to have your bill posted as an option. There is a small postage and handling fee for each bill we send out via post.


If for some reason you didn't receive your bill please call LPE on 1800 040 168 to confirm that your email or postal address is still current and accurate on our records.


You may also prefer to send an email to billing@localityenergy.com.au and we can check your records on your behalf.


LPE can resend any bills out to you at no extra charge.
