As in LPE's Terms and Conditions, the Account Holder is responsible for all aspects of the account - bill payment, updating details, moving out, etc.
If you are the current Account Holder but are no longer responsible for the account, please ensure that you close it by using our simple online Move Out form, found here: Move Out.
Please keep in mind that LPE requires 3 business days notice to close an account and arrange for a final reading to occur.
