All the payment options for your bill are included at the base of the invoice. These include:

  • Phone - call LPE on 1800 040 168 or DEFT Payment Systems on 1300 301 090 and state your reference number.
  • Online - use our payment portal - www.localityenergy.com.au/site/customers/pay-your-bill1.
  • BPAY - use the biller code and reference number on your bill to set up one-off or regular payments. This number is unique to your account and can be used for the life of your account.
  • Cheque/Money Order - cheques or money orders can be sent via mail and should be made out to Locality Planning Energy Pty Ltd. Please include the bottom portion of the bill to ensure we allocate the money to your account correctly.
  • Direct Debit - you can set up a direct debit with LPE to pay on the due date or to pay on a regular basis (e.g. $40 a fortnight on Fridays) - if you would like to set up a direct debit please call LPE on 1800 040 168 and have either your bank details or your credit card details ready.
  • Centrepay - If you receive Centrelink payments we can arrange for your bills to be paid via Centrepay. If you would like to consider this please contact LPE on 1800 040 168 to discuss the process.
