Legislation confirms LPE must inform our customers that we are recording a call between LPE and the customer.


When we make outbound calls to speak with our customer we are now required to read the below script. This should be read as soon as the customer confirms their name.

LPE - I’m calling from LPE and I need to advise you that this call is being recorded for training and quality purposes. I need to discuss your LPE account so can you please confirm your date of birth and the first line of your address for security reasons.
