Typically no, due to safety reasons, and because the meters are owned by LPE, the meter box is normally kept locked.
However if you have a meter located within your property then you can take a clear, time stamped photo and submit to LPE via our Contact Us Form and add the photo to the form under "Supporting Documents" so that LPE can use for your meter read.
